Debbi Allen, Editor in Chief of Imagine’s photographic portfolio said: “Judging the Digital Photographer of the Year Awards was a rewarding experience and, for me, 2009 saw an increase in both numbers and the sheer quality of entries, making the final decision a very difficult task. However, it’s a pleasure to see how talented, creative and
ambitious Digital Photographer readers are, and be able to help propel their talents and photographic careers forward. All the winners have produced stunning photos, of which they should be extremely proud.”
Supported by Park Cameras, the awards sought to find hidden talent and expose it to the world. Mark Robinson, Park Camera’s Marketing Manager and DPOTY ’09 judge, said: “Park Cameras is delighted to be sponsoring.
